Josef Originals - Quinceneara 15 Angel
For 14 years you've been a girl, now at 15 the woman blossoms. The Angel has black hair and brown eyes. Each beautifully crafted Josef Original is inspired by an original design by artist Muriel Joseph George, who created Josef Originals in 1945. These collectible figures are faithfully created with utmost attention to authenticity, including the detailed ceramic construction and 24K gold paint for character accents. The first pieces were made in California from 1945 to 1962. They were then manufactured in Japan. The company was sold to George Good in 1982 and he continued to make Josef Originals until 1985. The company was then sold to Southland Corporation. The name is now owned by Applause, Dakin, and the Birthday Girl series is still being made. |
