Fenton Opalescent Vaseline Cactus Sugar bowl and lid. It is my understanding that it was produced in 1959-1961. The bowl is appox 4 inches tall without the lid and approx. 6 1/2 inches tall with the lid. The diameter of the bowl is appox. 4 1/2 inches. The lid has a little roughness on a small area of the inside rim of the lid, and the bowl has a small scratch on the inside bottom of the bowl. I see no other chips or scratches..
