PRIOR to returning any item contact Somewhere in Time Collectibles by email at shipping@keepsakes-collectibles.com. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order for authorization to return the item. Items must be returned to Somewhere in Time Collectibles within 15 business days from the date your order was shipped.
Special order or personalized items are not returnable.
Please be careful when opening your collectible gift boxes. Items must be returned in their original condition in order to receive a refund or credit, based upon your original method of payment. We will not give credit for items returned that are not in their original gift box or special packaging or has damage to the item's original gift box or special packaging.
Prepare the item for shipping with care, using the original packing material to pack it securely. Make sure to purchase insurance on the package for it's full value to protect you from any financial loss due to damage or loss of shipment by the carrier.
Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Additionally, you must pay the shipping and insurance costs to return items to Somewhere in Time Collectibles.
Items must be in our possession within 15 days from the date of shipping in order to receive a refund. The item should be in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. All returns through the USPS should be shipped to:

DAMAGE FROM SHIPPING OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Do not destroy the box or packing materials that your order was received in, if you have damage from shipping.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS.
UPS: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing, call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier.
USPS: Claims may be filed at any Post Office, station, or branch. Claims do not have to be filed at the Post Office where the article was mailed or at the delivery Post Office.
